You agree that all your color schemes and their name (the “content”) are accessible to all others under your username.
You are entirely responsible for the content and by making the content available, you represent and warrant that:
• The content is not spam and does not contain unethical or unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third party sites or boost the search engine rankings of third party sites, or to further unlawful acts (such as phishing) or mislead recipients as to the source of the material (such as spoofing);
• The content is not pornographic, does not contain threats or incite violence, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
• Your listing(s) is not named in a manner that misleads your readers into thinking that you are another person or company.
You agree that you don’t own any rights on your color schemes, as they are not subjected to copyright, and their additional info.
Roomrnr.com reserves the rights to publish or make use of your content in any way, without any reference to You.
Content Removal
Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, Roomrnr.com has the right (though not the obligation) to, in our sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content (listing(s), profile image and profile information) that, in our reasonable opinion, violates any Roomrnr.com’ policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in our sole discretion.
Termination
Roomrnr.com may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Roomrnr.com account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
a. Nonrefundable. All Ad purchases are non-refundable.
b. No Refund; Fee for early termination. Roomrnr.com may, in its sole discretion, change the price to be paid by an Advertiser, effective as of the beginning of any such monthly renewal term. Upon providing notice to Roomrnr.com, Advertiser may terminate ads services before the end of the Term, however (i) prepaid amounts / credits are not refundable; (ii) if billed on a recurring basis and Advertiser cancels during billing cycle, Advertiser will be billed the full amount for the billing cycle for the then current Term or Subscription Term, as applicable; Upon providing notice to Advertiser, Roomrnr.com may terminate any Ad, effective immediately.
c. Roomrnr.com reserves the right to update, suspend or discontinue any Ad program and/or the terms of this Agreement at any time.
Responsibility of Website Visitors
Roomrnr.com content has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material posted to the Website, and cannot therefore be responsible for that material's content, use or effects.
By operating the Website, Roomrnr.com does not represent or imply that it endorses the material there posted, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful or non-harmful. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from harmful or destructive content.
